The information you have provided is subject to the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “Act”). We will hold this data as Data Controllers under the Act. Our regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority requires us to keep records of our regulated business transactions for minimum periods of time depending on the transaction type, however, we will not keep records longer than is necessary.
